So many things! But the most important are:

• The seamless feel across the toe. We designed the sock with a flat, invisible seam to ensure there were no irritating bumps at the end - one of the most common issues for kids
• The incredible softness. The first thing kids comment on is just how soft they are - and how good they feel to wear! That's due to the premium bamboo blend that we were not willing to compromise on.
• The innovative design with no shaped heel. Our kids would pull the heel up high above their shoe when the socks didn't fit right, so it always bunched, twisted and slipped. Without a heel, there is no bunching and the sizing is ultra flexible!
• All the benefits of bamboo. They are moisture-wicking so won't hold sweat, anti-bacterial to reduce odours and hypo allergenic for sensitive feet.
• Cushioned for comfort + durabiity. We designed our socks with extra terry loop cushioning for all day-comfort and to make them last much longer than a regular, thin sock.
• OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. This means they've been tested for harmful substances and passed with flying colours, for extra peace of mind.

Our socks are made from a premium bamboo fibre blend, and are naturally soft, anti-bacterial (reducing odours), moisture-wicking (to keep feet dry) and hypoallergenic (for sensitive feet). They are OEKO TEX Standard 100 certified, which verifies that textiles are free from harmful substances, ensuring consumer safety and confidence in our product.

Special socks require a little extra care to keep them so soft. We recommend placing in a laundry bag, and washing on a delicate cycle. Ideally, hang outdoors to dry otherwise keep in the laundry bag and tumble dry on low heat. Read detailed care tips here.

Our socks are crew height and designed to stretch with growing feet, for kids aged 3 - 12 years. However, with no shaped heel, the sizing is very flexible - a large even fits most adults.

If you prefer more of an ankle sock size down. If you prefer a longer sock size up.

As a guide:

Small: Ages 2 to 5
Medium: Ages 6 to 11
Large: Ages 12+

Between sizes? Choose medium to be safe.

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order being received, unless specified otherwise. Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 - allow 7 to 10 days for delivery via Australia Post. Express shipping is also available if you require your socks sooner.

• 30-day returns for unworn, unwashed socks in original packaging.
• You can choose a refund, exchange or store credit.
• Return postage is at your cost (unless faulty).

faulty or wrong item?

If your socks arrive damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll cover the return postage and send a replacement or refund.

a few things to note

• Sale items, gift cards, promo items, and free gifts can’t be returned unless faulty.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• For hygiene reasons, sock that have shown any signs of being worn cannot be returned.
